The Workshops will be held at Le Westin Montréal, located in Old Montréal. The Workshop venue is within reasonable travel distance of the main meeting hotel, so shuttle transportation will not be provided.

Le Westin Montréal is conveniently located in Old Montréal, approximately a 10-minute walk from Montréal Central Station (VIA Rail) making it easy to travel to the COSYNE 2027 Workshops by train (VIA, Amtrak, local trains).

ACCOMMODATIONS
Attendees participating in both the Main Meeting and Workshops should reserve accommodations at both hotels and plan to move to Le Westin on Sunday, 14 March. The hotels are only about a 10-minute walk apart, making the transition easy while allowing attendees to stay where the COSYNE community will be gathering throughout each part of the meeting.
Booking within the official COSYNE hotel blocks also helps COSYNE meet its contractual commitments and supports our ability to secure competitive meeting and guest-room rates for the community.
COSYNE has reserved a block of rooms at the Le Westin Montreal which attendees may book at discounted group rates until 15 February 2027.

The above-mentioned rates are for single or double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 4 occupants per room.
Booking or cancellation of a hotel room is a transaction between the registrant and the event hotel without any liability of Cosyne. Rooms are subject to availability. For room cancellation conditions please refer to the hotel’s booking confirmation.
Room shares
The Cosyne room share mailing list (cosyne-roomshare) is a moderated google group (mailing list). The list is to help people to find roommates for both the main conference and workshops. It will not be shared with any third parties. You can send email to the group and browse the group archive to find a roommate. Fraud Alert
Please be cautious of emails or messages offering hotel accommodations for COSYNE 2027. COSYNE does not work with third-party companies to arrange hotel reservations. Do not provide personal or credit card information to anyone claiming to book accommodations on behalf of COSYNE. Hotel rooms should be reserved directly through the official conference hotel booking links.
