The Main Meeting and poster sessions will be held at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, one of the city’s most iconic hotels. Located directly above Montréal Central Station, the hotel offers convenient access to rail, public transportation, dining, shopping, and attractions throughout downtown Montréal.

By Rail
Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth is located directly above the Central Train Station, making it easy to travel to COSYNE 2027 by train (VIA, Amtrak, local trains) and providing direct access to the subway (Bonaventure Metro Station). Once arriving at the downtown station, simply follow signs to the hotel and take an elevator up to the lobby.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Attendees participating in both the Main Meeting and Workshops should reserve accommodations at both hotels and plan to move to Le Westin on Sunday, 14 March. The hotels are only about a 10-minute walk apart, making the transition easy while allowing attendees to stay where the COSYNE community will be gathering throughout each part of the meeting.
Booking within the official COSYNE hotel blocks also helps COSYNE meet its contractual commitments and supports our ability to secure competitive meeting and guest-room rates for the community.
COSYNE has reserved a block of rooms at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth which attendees may book at discounted group rates until 17 February 2027.

The above-mentioned rates are for single or double occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 4 occupants per room.

Room shares
The Cosyne room share mailing list (cosyne-roomshare) is a moderated google group (mailing list). The list is to help people to find roommates for both the main conference and workshops. It will not be shared with any third parties. You can send email to the group and browse the group archive to find a roommate. Please be cautious of emails or messages offering hotel accommodations for COSYNE 2027. COSYNE does not work with third-party companies to arrange hotel reservations. Do not provide personal or credit card information to anyone claiming to book accommodations on behalf of COSYNE.
