Registration for COSYNE 2027 will open on 2 November 2026

• Early rate ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 2 February 2027 (fees will increase by $100 after this date).

• Regular rate ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 10 March 2027 (fees will increase by another $100 after this date).

Media Registration – members of the media may register at the Academic rate.

WARNING: Opting out of COSYNE, INC. communications means you will NOT receive a confirmation email and future emails containing important conference information. To ensure you receive these communications, do not check the opt-out box on any emails or forms from COSYNE.

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or bank transfer. Please keep in mind that if you pay by bank transfer, your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made by 11:59 p.m. EST, 25 February 2027, will be refunded the conference fee less $35. COSYNE, Inc. is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of registration cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 25 February 2027 deadline. Registration fees can be transferred to another person.
