*All fees are in EUR.

• Early rate ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 6 February 2026 (fees will increase by €100 after this date).

• Regular rate ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 11 March 2026 (fees will increase by another €100 after this date).

Media Registration – members of the media may register at the Academic rate.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

Main Meeting

• Access to all oral and poster sessions

• Opening reception on Thursday night

• Continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Beverage breaks throughout the day

• One-way transfer from the main conference to the workshops in Cascais on Sunday

Workshops

• Access to all workshop sessions

• Beverage breaks throughout the day

• Lunch buffet on Monday & Tuesday

• Closing reception on Tuesday night

PAYMENT METHODS

Registration fees can be paid by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or bank transfer. Please keep in mind that if you pay by bank transfer, your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made by 11:59 p.m. EST, 26 February 2026, will be refunded the conference fee less €35. COSYNE, Inc. is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of registration cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the 26 February 2026 deadline. Registration fees can be transferred to another person.
