COSYNE brings together more than 1,000 computational and systems neuroscientists from around the world each year. Exhibiting at the annual meeting gives you the opportunity to showcase your products, services, and innovations, build brand awareness, and connect directly with researchers and leaders in the field.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Exhibitor registration opens with conference registration in late fall. Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Exhibitor registration includes one complimentary conference registration, which can be completed at the time of the tabletop purchase. Additional representative registrations may also be added during checkout.

  • Up to two 6' × 30" draped tables, two chairs, a wastebasket, basic power, and a dedicated exhibit space.

  • Exhibitors may bring a branded tablecloth, tabletop displays, promotional materials, and pop-up banners. Additional freestanding banners may be placed behind the table, provided they remain within the assigned exhibit space.

  • Exhibitors will receive an email with instructions on shipping and ancillary services.

  • Exhibits are open throughout the main meeting.

    • Setup Hours: Thursday, March 11 - 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

    • Breakdown Hours: Sunday, March 14 - 12 p.m - 4 p.m..

    All exhibit breakdowns must be complete by 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 14.

  • Your company logo and ad must be submitted by 19 February 2027. The format should be an eps or other high-resolution format. Please submit to meeting {at} cosyne.org.

  • The attendee list with contact information will be available in the conference app.

  • Exhibitor cancellations are subject to the conference registration cancellation policy.
