The main meeting and poster sessions will take place at the Lisbon Congress Center, which is located close to the river Tagus and the historical and cultural heritage of Belem, just a few minutes from the city centre.

HOW TO GET THERE

BY AIR

Lisbon’s airport (LIS) also known as Lisbon Humberto Delgado or Portela Airport is located only 7 km from downtown and 12 km from the congress venue. Several national and international airlines offer non-stop service to Lisbon Airport - LIS.

AIRPORT TRANSFER

To arrange your transport from Lisbon airport to your hotel or to the conference venue (approx. 20 – 30 min.) you can choose between different options: public airport transfer, taxi or private transfer.

  • TAXI
    You can always find a taxi at the airport. Taxis can be also booked in advance at www.lisbon-airport.com/secure-taxi-booking.html

  • PRIVATE TRANSFER

    You can book your transfer with Transfeero: www.transfeero.com/en

  • METRO
    The Lisbon Airport has a Metro (subway) station with a direct line to the city centre. The 'Aeroporto – Saldanha' line takes you to downtown Lisbon in about 20 minutes.

  • BUSES
    Several bus lines stop at the airport arrivals terminal, taking you to different parts of the city. The two main ways to travel from the airport by bus are city buses and the Aereobus shuttle.

Booking or cancellation of a hotel room is a transaction between the registrant and the event hotel without any liability of COSYNE, Inc. Rooms are subject to availability. For room cancellation conditions please refer to the hotel’s booking confirmation.

Room shares

The Cosyne room share mailing list (cosyne-roomshare) is a moderated Google group (mailing list). The list is to help people to find roommates for both the main conference and workshops. It will not be shared with any third parties.
