Cosyne 2018 Tutorial session sponsored by the Simons Foundation

This year, Cosyne is hosting its first tutorial session. The tutorial session will be held on the same day, before the main meeting starts.

Invited speaker: Jonathan Pillow

Dr. Pillow is an associate professor in the Princeton Neuroscience Institute (PNI) and Department of Psychology, with an affiliation to the Center for Statistics & Machine Learning. He received a Ph.D. in neural science from NYU (supervised by Eero Simoncelli), and was a postdoc at the Gatsby Computational Neuroscience Unit at UCL. Jonathan was an assistant professor at UT Austin (2009-2014) before moving to Princeton in Fall 2014. Dr. Pillow has made numerous contributions to the Cosyne community, and he was the program chair of Cosyne 2013.

Please note that separate registration and fee ($25) are required to attend the tutorial. To register for the tutorial, select the tutorial option when registering for the main meeting and/or workshops.
